Use of Application

Materlogic is a technical application for indicative calculations in metal manufacturing — cut planning, material weights, bend calculations and related tasks. The application is intended for internal use by production staff.

Limitation of Liability

All calculation results are provided for indicative purposes only. They do not replace technical documentation, engineering calculations or professional assessment. The Operator provides no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

The application is not intended for use in safety-critical or highly regulated processes without independent verification. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from direct or indirect use of calculation results. The user is solely responsible for verifying results and their appropriate application.

DXF Files and Input Data

Files uploaded to the application (e.g. DXF) are processed locally in the browser or temporarily on the server, solely for display and calculation purposes. They are not permanently stored or transferred to third parties.

The user is responsible for the content of files they upload, including any sensitive or confidential data. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages resulting from incorrect or unsuitable input data.

Availability and Changes

The application is provided without any guarantee of continuous availability. The Operator reserves the right to modify, restrict or discontinue the service and to update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. The application is provided "as is" without any warranties.

Prohibited Use

Users may not disrupt the operation of the application, attempt unauthorised access to its systems, or attempt to extract source code, algorithms or business logic by any automated or manual means.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. By using the application, the user confirms they have read and agree to these terms.
